Out of your head.
Into the world.

You have the idea. You've had it for a while, actually, turning it over, refining it, maybe even building the framework for it in a dozen different notes apps. What you don't have is the thing itself, live, out there, real.

That's the gap I work in.

I'm Flo, founder of Rather Be Running. I help ambitious creators and entrepreneurs take the project that's been living in their head (a podcast, a launch, a body of work) and get it out into the world in 30 days, done with you, not handed off to a stranger.

Why I do this work

I didn't start in marketing. I started in fitness, eight years of it, coaching people through the hardest part of any transformation: the moment between deciding to change and actually doing it. I'm NASM-certified, including as a Behavioral Change Specialist, which is a fancy way of saying I've spent years studying why people get stuck and what actually moves them from frozen to moving.

Along the way, I picked up the other half of what this work requires. I led brand activation at adidas, coached at Orangetheory, and held retail leadership roles at lululemon, REI, and GNC. Companies that live or die by how clearly they communicate who they are and why it matters. I studied Linguistics and Psychology, which means I don't just help you build a launch plan. I help you find the language that makes people actually listen.

Rather Be Running is where those two worlds meet: the behavioral coaching that gets you unstuck, and the brand and communication instincts that make sure what you launch actually lands.

To empower creative visionaries to stop waiting and start creating, turning delayed dreams into dynamic reality through structure and energy.

MISSION

Why work with me

I know the difference between busy and moving. Most people don't fail to launch because they lack ideas. They fail because they keep building infrastructure instead of putting the thing in front of people. I catch that pattern early, because I've coached enough people through it to recognize it fast.

You get a done-with-you process, not a done-for-you black box. My flagship offering, Launch 30, is a 30-day sprint where I'm in it with you, session by session, with a real run-of-show, real deliverables, and a clear finish line. You're not waiting six months for a stranger to hand you a finished product you don't fully understand or trust.

This is a proven method, not a template. Everything I coach on has been excavated from real coaching experience and behavioral change principles tested on real humans trying to change real habits, applied to the very specific, very human process of getting a creative project out of your head and into the world.

How I work

I believe in sprint-and-recover rhythms over grind-until-you-burn-out. Launch 30 is intense (30 focused days) because urgency creates momentum. But the method itself is built on the same behavioral principles I'd use to coach someone through any hard change: clear structure, real accountability, and permission to move imperfectly rather than wait for perfect.

If you're ready to stop refining the idea in private and start building it in public, let's talk.

Ready to Run?

Your creative vision has waited long enough. Let's build the momentum you need to finally launch your project.
